Second Harvest Food Bank of Southeast NC has announced two more food distribution stops in the Sandhills on Wednesday and Thursday.
Wednesday’s distribution is in Duplin County, starting at 10 a.m. on May 20, at Warsaw Parks & Recreation.
Thursday’s distribution is in Robeson County, also starting at 10 a.m. on May 21, at the Southeastern Agricultural Center.
Both stops are drive-thru stops, and limit each vehicle to two households. No walk-ups are allowed. And only residents of the specific counties are eligible for each one.
Cumberland County’s distribution event last week was past capacity by 8:30 a.m., despite a scheduled 10 a.m. start. So arrive early for your best shot at food.
